I got my hair straighten once, shampoo on the 2nd day, couldn't stand it. But worth the 8 hour process, it lasted 6 months

An-I just had the guy blow dry my hair and then straighten with ironing tongs--professionally, of course. It didn't last 8 hours. I think I would have died. As a result, my hair is a shaggy disaster now.

I thought you got the 8-hour-hair-pulling-with-tongs process, after that you have to wait for 3 days to wash your hair. Yeah, I swore I wouldn't do that again to my hair, but now I've changed my mind.
